ILLO TEMPORE, the restaurant of the Masseria Giamarra holiday farm where traditional products, cultivated on site, meet the skilful hands of the chef who will prepare dishes by reviving ancient recipes or revisiting them in a modern key.
We try to give you ‘an experience’ by dining in the open air in summer surrounded by olive trees and within ancient walls in winter, with products grown on site or purchased from local farms.
The menu will vary often to allow us to make the most of the freshness and seasonality of the products.
